Bakery are you happy ? パン祭と週末営業開始について

このたび能登半島を震源とする大規模地震により犠牲となられた方々に心よりお悔み申し上げるとともに、
被災された方々に心よりお見舞い申し上げます。

「BAKERY are you happy?」は、2023年は不定期でパン祭を開催していましたが、
2024年よりベーカリーとして週末営業を開始することとなりました。
営業日以外は、ブレッドサンド株式会社の製パン研究所で、新商品を開発するラボとして運営しておりますため、
スケジュールは毎月変動します。営業日はチラシやインスタグラムをご確認ください。

1/20（土）・21（日）の2日間は、2024年最初の「パン祭」を開催します。
「苺フェア」として、いちごを使ったパンを多数ご用意いたします。

また、1.27（土）は能登町にあるベーカリー「麦にシャララ♪」復興支援イベントを開催します。
能登半島地震の影響により、弊社が開業サポートさせていただいた
石川県鳳珠郡能登町にあるベーカリー「麦にシャララ♪」が営業ができない状況となりました。
オーナー様も被災し、避難所にいらっしゃるため、我々ができることとして、
「麦にシャララ♪」のパンを製造・販売し、売上の全てを寄付することといたしました。
復興支援として、ぜひ皆様のご協力をお願いいたします。

Bakery are you happy ? Bakery is you happy ?” Bread Festival and Opening of Weekend Hours.

We would like to express our deepest condolences to those who lost their lives in the recent major earthquake with its epicenter in the Noto Peninsula,
and our heartfelt sympathies to those who have been affected by the disaster.

BAKERY are you happy?
We have decided to start weekend business as a bakery from 2024.
Because we operate as a lab to develop new products in the Bread Baking Laboratory of Bread Sand Co. on non-business days,
the schedule will fluctuate each month. Please check our flyer and Instagram for our business days.

On 1/20 (Sat.) and 21 (Sun.), we will hold the first “Bread Festival” of 2024.
As part of the “Strawberry Fair,” we will offer a variety of breads made with strawberries.

Also, on Saturday, 1/27, we will hold an event to support the recovery of “Mugi ni Sharara♪,” a bakery in Noto Town.
Due to the Noto Peninsula earthquake, we have been supporting the opening of this bakery.
Bakery “Mugi ni Sharara♪” in Noto-cho, Hozu-gun, Ishikawa Prefecture, which we supported in its opening, has been unable to operate.
The owner of the bakery was also affected by the earthquake and is in an evacuation shelter,
We have decided to produce and sell the bread of “Mugi ni Sharara♪” and donate all the proceeds.
We would like to ask for your cooperation in supporting the recovery efforts.
