Bakery are you happy ? 1月のパン祭が無事終了いたしました。

1/20（土）・21（日）の2日間、2024年最初の「パン祭」を開催いたしました。
あいにくの天気でお足元の悪い中、多くのお客様にご来店いただきありがとうございました。
今回は「苺フェア」として、いちごを使ったパンを多数ご用意。
ストロベリークロワッサン、いちごメロンパン、いちご塩パン、パンオヴァン（赤ワインといちごピューレ）、いちごあんぱん、フレッシュいちごのデニッシュ、いちごスペシャルサンドイッチなど、バリエーション豊富な展開となりました。
2月のパン祭りは「チョコレート」をテーマとして開催予定です。
また、1.27（土）は石川県能登町にあるベーカリー「麦にシャララ♪」復興支援イベントを開催します。

Bakery are you happy ? The January Bread Festival has ended successfully.
The first “Bread Festival” of 2024 was held on 1/20 (Sat.) and 1/21 (Sun.).
Thank you to the many customers who visited our store despite the unfavorable weather.
This year’s “Strawberry Fair” features a variety of breads made with strawberries.
A wide variety was offered, including strawberry croissant, strawberry melon bread, strawberry salt bread, pain au vin (red wine and strawberry puree), strawberry bean bun, fresh strawberry danish, and strawberry special sandwich.
The February Bread Festival will be held under the theme of “Chocolate.
Also, on Saturday, 1.27, we will hold an event to support the reconstruction of the bakery “Mugi ni Sharara♪” in Noto Town, Ishikawa Prefecture.
