旅の思い出となる特別な朝食を楽しんでいただくホテルベーカリーとして、
ご朝食・ランチでは「世界を旅するサンドイッチ」と題した各国のサンドイッチを日替わりでご用意。
また、パンと一緒に召し上がるコーヒーはSOLA COFFEE ROASTERS（ソラコーヒ―ロースターズ）監修の元、
当店のパンに合うように焙煎士が設計したオリジナルブレンドコーヒーをご用意いたしました。

Mitsui Garden Hotel Otemachi presents TOKYO BAKER’S KITCHEN, a bakery and restaurant that opened on the first floor.
As a hotel bakery where guests can enjoy a special breakfast that becomes a memory of their journey,
we offer a variety of sandwiches from around the world under the theme 'Sandwiches that Travel the World'
on a daily basis for breakfast and lunch.
In addition, the coffee served with our bread is an original blend carefully designed by a roaster in collaboration
with SOLA COFFEE ROASTERS to complement our bakery's offerings.

生地から焼成まで手作りの焼きたてのメロンパン「トーキョーメロン」が当店のイチオシ。
表面サクサク、中はふんわりとした食感が絶妙なバランスで軽い口溶けのため何個でも食べられてしまう、
